Our Policies

To help things flow smoothly, here are some policies that Buzy Beez Interior Services have in place with all of our clients. These policies are in place to help us serve you better, more efficiently, and to help us remain on-schedule.

There is no contract to be signed regarding these policies. They are agreed upon when you decide to start a service with us.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that emergencies sometimes do arises unexpectedly. If a client needs to cancel a cleaning service appointment, we request that we be given 48-24 hour notice; otherwise a cancellation fee ($25) will be billed.

Vacation Policy:

When a client decides to take some time off, and it occurs during their scheduled cleaning times, please let us know if you wish to skip a service appointment, as someone else may want your time slot.

Inclement Weather Policy:

As you know, during the winter the weather here in the Tri-State Area can get nasty. If we decide not to venture out, all scheduled clients will get a timely phone call, email, or text message, and we will reschedule as soon as possible.

Lock-Out Policy:

If Buzy Beez shows up to a client’s home for a scheduled cleaning, and we cannot enter; we will attempt to contact our client so they may provide a way to enter. But, if we cannot get ahold of the client, and cannot enter the home to provide the scheduled service, a lock-out fee will be billed that is equal to 50% of your normal cleaning bill.

Client Confidentiality:

At Buzy Beez our clients satisfaction and privacy is our number one priority. We follow a strict client confidentiality guide line to ensure that your private information is safe with us. We will never give out a clients personal information to anyone who is not a member of our team. We also require all of our team members to pass a BCI background check so our clients can be sure that their home is left in good hands. We are proud to be a cleaning company you can trust.
